The entire staff from the front desk to Roger in maintenance were very accommodating and friendly with big smiles! Super clean rooms and no weird smells. This hotel is an easy-button choice when anywhere near Alexandria!
Good place, good people. 4-5 spots near front door for handicapped. Nearly all other spots are quite a small walk to the door. My room's bathtub spigot was loose with a gap, and there was no work desk except a small round table in the corner, but other than that, the ammenities were good and the personnel were nice.
There are so many walkable places if you stay here! Including a movie theater and bowling place right next door! Staff were ALL phenomenal. Very patient, attentive, and kind. 10/10 recommend this place!
What an amazing staff at this location. My son and I had to get a last minute room late at night and they were so helpful and friendly. My son is on crutches and the gave us a room right up the hall from the front desk. Ashley really made everything so easy. There is a woman named Rhonda that works there providing the breakfast I the morning. What a gem she is !!! Everything was fresh and Rhonda was gracious enough to help me get breakfast back to my room for my son Thank you both so much for making my last minute trip so easy
The only complaint I have is that the rooms stay around 70 degrees no matter how much you fiddle with the thermostat. Otherwise, clean and quiet. Breakfast is on par for a Hampton and perfect batter consistency for proper Belgian style waffles. The staff are all very friendly and it’s conveniently located for exploring Alexandria and more.
Remember when hotel visits were special and exciting? Lil soaps and makeup towelletts were freely offered along with extra towels, pillows and super comfy sheets! Well this is that hotel!! Amazingly kind and thoughtful and truly happy to have you visit. The free breakfast was just as amazing, just like the old days, they offer everything you could ask for! It was yummy and hot and so many choices! We left happy and full, feeling special and well rested! Thank you!
Super friendly staff. Very comfortable room and beds. Nice breakfast. They had some ice scrapers you could quickly borrow if needed for your car which I felt was thoughtful. Wifi was good. Rooms were quiet.
We enjoyed our stay. After driving for 12 hours, we found the perfect place to rest and refresh. Clean room, great bed, excellent shower, friendly staff, and great coffee . Highly recommend this hotel.
